Nancy has been licensed as a salesperson since 1997.  She is one of the metro areas’ top Brokers in residential sales.  She has been a multi-million dollar producer every year of her career, voted most promising agent and Top Producer in her agencies six times.

 

She began at Cress Realty Group and then moved to Cherry Deddens Real Estate.  She has been co-builder and designer with some of the areas builders and has created interiors and exteriors of about 15 homes through the years.  This experience makes her unsurpassed as an agent in understanding the product from the ground up.

 

Her expertise is with new construction. She received her Broker’s license in 2010 and began her own company.  She believes she is large enough to serve you, yet small enough to care.  She aspires to give the personal, small town service and not allow the customer to be shuffled within a large real estate conglomerate.

 

Originally from Ohio and Indiana, she has lived in the Madison area since 1979, and works well with people from out of state, as she was once a newcomer to the State as well.
